      Many people have experienced an increased incidence of musculoskeleal disorders. A high incidence of symptoms in VDT operateors has been reported and they complains neck pain.
      The purpose of this study was to explain cervical movement and pathological conditions which affect the cervical spine and to propose treatment movement of neck.
      Movement mechanism of neck were explaned in flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation. Pathological conditions which affect the neck were explaned with postural problems, muscle disorders and headaches with neck pain.
      A variety of methods of treatment are available for physical therapist working with patients who have musculoskeletal pain. In this paper, it suggested that treatment movement consist strengthening exercise of cervical flexors and extensors.
      Phyisical therapist are role increase functional ability and body position changes.
