The purpose of this study was to investigate physiological responses to an eight-week combined exercise intervention in middle-aged women aged 40–60 years. Twelve participants performed a combined exercise program three times per week for 60 minutes over eight weeks. Autonomic nervous system function was assessed using pulse wave analysis, and immunoglobulin concentrations (IgG, IgA, and IgM) were measured from blood samples. Data were analyzed using paired t-tests. The vascular health index significantly decreased after the intervention (p < .05), indicating improved vascular elasticity and peripheral circulation. No significant changes were observed in sympathetic activity, parasympathetic activity, autonomic balance index, or immunoglobulin concentrations. These findings suggest that combined exercise may improve vascular function and help maintain physiological homeostasis in middle-aged women. The present findings may serve as preliminary reference data for designing future exercise-based intervention research.
