동작 훈련이 중증 뇌성마비아의 앉기와 무릎서기 동작에 미치는 영향 = A Study on the Influences of Motor action on the Sitting, Knee-standing and Standing Movements of Children with Profound Cerebral Palsy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is designed to take a look at the influences of motor action training on the sitting, knee-standing and standing movements of children with profound cerebral palsy. The researcher worked with three children(7-8 years old) with profound cerebral palsy. The training lasted for a total of 32 days: four stages by 8 days and forty minutes a day. The researcher carried out seven-stage evaluation according to scales for evaluating motor action training scales, suggesting the results with the aid of tables and interpreting the process of change.
The findings of this research are as follows.
First, motor action training had a great influence on legs and feet on the part of child A, the body, arms and hands on the part of child B, and the body on the part of child C.
Second, motor action training improved all the subjects' sitting cross- legged a lot.
The researcher would like to make the following suggestions on the basis of the findings above.
It is necessary to expand the scope of applying motor action training to a variety of handicaps in accordance with the forms and degrees of handicaps and to carry out continual training at home with the cooperation of school, clinical centers, parents and siblings.
