胜利下的阴影：“白草原冒功案”原因探究 = The shadow of victory: research on the reason of the case of Baicaoyuan false report

국문 초록 (Abstract)

北宋 哲宗 紹聖年間 鍾傳이 조정에 허의로 軍功을 보고하고 은상을 받으려 한 적이 있었다. 이 사건은 송대 관원들이 軍賞에 대해 갖고 있던 관념을 대변하는 사건이지만, 실질적으로는 상벌이 공평하게 이루어지지 않아 발생한 사건이다. “绍圣拓边”이 시작된 이후 일부 관원들은 당시 재상이었던 章惇과 사사로이 왕래 하면서 恩賞을 받았다. 鍾傳은 문벌귀족 가문 출신이 아니었고 뒤를 봐줄 비호세력도 없어서, 매번 군상을 받을 때마다 평소 친분이 있던 관리를 찾아 군상을 부탁하였다. 종전은 이러한 현실을 비관하여 마침내 “白草原冒功案”을 일으켰던 것이다. “白草原冒功案”은 송대 상벌제도에 여러 가지 폐단이 존재하고 있었음을 보여주는 동시에 군상에 있어서 공정성 보다는 개인적인 유대관계와 비호세력에 의해 군공이 결정되고 있었음을 여실히 보여 주는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the ShaoSheng period of ZheZong Emperor at the Northern Song, in order to get the reward, ZhongChuan deceived the center government of Northern Song.Superficially, the officials’ desire was the reason, but injustice reward was. After the war began during ShaoSheng period, some officials’ reward were very rich, because of the relation with Prime Minister ZhangDun. But the family conditions of Zhong Chuan was general, and he had no protection for important politicians. His reward more less than some officials’, so this unfairness led to imbalance, finally, led to the case of false report. So, the case of Baicaoyuan false report reflected so much disadvantages exiting the reward and punishment system, and this case also reflected patron-client corruption was the real reason.
