Plan to Improve and Vitalize Employer Supported Childcare Center

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to indicate the problems of the legislation required for the establishment of employer supported childcare center from financial, legal and administrative aspect and to suggest the plans to improve and vitalize child care system at worksites. We suggested 6 opinions of employer supported childcare field as way to vitalize employer supported childcare center; The lease on the surrounding private child care facilities to renovate them, the establishment and expansion of the customized facility which meets the requirements of the working mothers, the open of the facility to the subcontractor and the employees working at the surrounding small and medium companies for secure the object of education, the support of tax benefits, the development and implementation of the childcare center curriculum to differentiate from the programs of the private facilities, and the active participation and cooperation of parents.
