국내 중년 장애인 관련 연구동향분석: 2003년 ~ 2022년의 국내 학술지 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 2003년부터 2022년까지 20년 동안 국내 학술지에 게재된 중년 장애인에 관한 연구 총 51편을 대상으로 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구유형, 연구주제를 중심으로 그 동향을 분석하였다. 연구방법: PRISMA 논문 검색을 통한 다각도 문헌 수집 방법으로 선정된 논문들을 분석틀을 기반으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 지난 20년 동안 국내 중년 장애인 대상 연구들은 꾸준히 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구대상에서 중년 장애인의 연령에 대한 정의는 논문마다 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구방법에 있어 양적연구가 질적연구보다 많았고, 중급통계기법이 가장 많이 활용된 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구주제에 있어서는 삶의 질/만족도 및 경제/취업/직업에 관한 연구가 가장 두드러지게 이루어져 왔다. 결론: 중년 장애인 관련 연구가 질적·양적으로 확대되어 오고 있으나, 연구가 제한적임에 따라 일반화된 결론을 얻기에는 한계가 있다. 특히 각 연구마다 중년의 시작 연령에 대한 정의가 상이하여 이에 대한 합의가 요구된다. 본 연구는 향후 탐색이 요구되는 연구 대상, 방법 및 주제에 관하여 제시하며, 이를 바탕으로한 중년 장애인의 요구와 지원방안 탐색에서의 지향을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study analyzed the trends of a total of 51 studies on middle-aged disabled people published in domestic journals for 20 years from 2003 to 2022, focusing on research subjects, research methods, research types, and research topics by period. Method: Keywords were entered into various paper search engines to analyze the selected papers based on the analysis framework.. Results: First, over the past 20 years, studies on middle-aged disabilities in Korea have steadily increased. Second, in the study subjects, the definition of the age of the middle-aged disabled was found to be different from paper to paper. Third, in terms of research methods, quantitative research was more than qualitative research, and intermediate statistical techniques were found to be the most used. Fourth, in terms of research topics, research on quality of life/satisfaction and economy/employment/job has been most prominent. Conclusion: Research related to the middle-aged disabled has been expanding qualitatively and quantitatively, but there is a limit to obtaining generalized conclusions as research is limited. In particular, each study has a different definition of the starting age of middle age, so consensus is required. This study presents research subjects, methods, and topics that require future exploration, and based on this, it presents the needs of middle-aged disabilities and their direction in exploring support measures.
