      The fatigue strength of various temperature condition from room temperature to 450℃ was tested by the high temperature fatigue test for the SM20C steel. The specimens were heat treated with two different method quenching and annealing. From the test, we found that quenched specimens tested at 350℃ show highest fatigue limit and annealed ones tested at 250℃ show lowest values in the tested temperature range. In general, quenched specimens show higher fatigue limit than annealed ones. And the differance between the limits of the two kind of specimen was incleased with temperature in above 250℃
