호모사케르로서 학생과 경쟁교육정책 = Students as the Homo Sacar and Competition oriented Education Policies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A purpose of this study is to analysis a low academic achievement student with a theory of ``homo sacar``. The theory of ``homo sacar is suggested by Agamben, a contemporary political philosopher and the theory is estimated as theoretically appropriate background for deep analysis on the social handicapped. Homo sacar is people which prohibited from being sacrificed but could be killed with impunity. In other words, the homo sacar is people which are fallen into ``inclusion excluded`` And the homo sacar feels serious shame. Jews in Nazi Germany and Muslims in the Guantanamo is an representative example of the homo sacar, Homeless people after IMF, foreign workers, temporary workers are the homosacares in contempary Korean society. In a case that a governor have a right to name a homo sacar and arbitrarily exercises the right, he is about to gain absolutely power. In Korea, low academic achievement students are named as ``loser``. They are excluded from a teaching at classroom, so to say, they are fallen into inclusion excluded, and they feel shame``. Low academic achievement Korean students have the ``inclusion excluded`` and the ``shame`` that are features for the homosacar, So low academic achievement students are sure to be the homosacar in Korea society All of low academic achievement students dose not alway become the homosacar. It is possible that they become to student which be cared. But deeply academical cliquism of Korea society and Lee Myoung Park government`s ``academic competition oriented education policies`` make low academic achievement Korean students be the homosacar. Society that have lots of the homosacar is not healthy community, and finally will be backward. So, we had better to revise or take away the academical cliquism and academic competition oriented education policies.
