교육시설 BTL 사업의 CM 적용 프로세스 모델

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to present the application model of Construction Management (CM) for Build-Transfer-Lease(BTL) projects of school facilities. To find major considerations and steps in BTL process, this paper analyzed "questions/answer cases" which can be seen at Korean Educational Development Institute(KEDI). 16 experts were asked to discuss the main problems included in the major steps. Based on the problems, appropriated delivery method, among Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management at Risk, and Design-Build, was selected. Finally, this paper presented "CM process model" using IDEF0. Through the result of this study, it is expected that the owners can improve efficiency of project as well as performance of school facilities in terms of costs.
