청소년을 위한 공연무대 관련 진로탐색 프로그램 개발 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년을 위한 무대공연 관련 진로탐색 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구 내용은 무대공연 관련 진로탐색 프로그램을 개발하고, 중학생을 대상으로 수업을 진행하여 교육 프로그램의 타당성과 효과를 검토하고자 한다. 진로탐색 직업 분야는 공연기획, 공연행정, 무대조명, 무대제작, 무대음향, 무대의상(분장) 등으로 선정하였다. 진로탐색 교육 프로그램은 청소년들이 공연무대 관련 다양한 직업 세계를 이해하고 체험하도록 구성한다. 개발된 프로그램은 청소년들에게 다양한 장르의 공연 영상자료를 함께 감상하고 토론하며, 모둠별로 공연을 기획해 보고, 무대공연장을 탐방하여 체험하는 등의 활동을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a career search program for stage performances for adolescents. The contents of this study are to develop a career search program related to stage performance and to examine the feasibility and effect of the education program by conducting lessons for middle school students.
Career search job field was selected as performance planning, performance management, stage lighting, stage production, stage sound, stage costume (makeup). The career exploration education program is designed to enable young people to understand and experience various career worlds related to the performance stage. The developed program will be able to provide various activities such as viewing and discussing various genre performance video materials with young people, planning performances by groups, and visiting and experiencing stage performance venues.
