Yanagi Muneyoshi made the basis of The Folk Art Theory througu the encounter with the Joseon White Porcelain. and he discovered the elements of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism in the Tea bowl of Joseon period. In that he could see the beauty of No Matter(無事), No Obstacles (無碍) and No Mind (無心). And he considered the Joseon Tea bowl as a supreme form in the 20th century and dealt it in the region of the religion. The Folk Art Theory has extended to the America and Europe as a main theory of the oriental beauty and aesthetics after the year of 1950 and the form of Joseon White Porcelain has spread to the same area. In result, now we can see the mordern and contemporary White Porcelain in California and L. A. in U. S. A. having the element of White Porcelain and Tea Boal of Joseon period and there are important meanings in the succession and development in the traditional culture in Korea that Yanagi Muneyoshi made a The Folk Art Theory in the basis of the White Porcelain of Joseon period and the Form of the Joseon period estimated highly.
