    This study aims at providing with useful directions for human resource management of catering businesses by testing the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation and by identifying the effects of mediating variable which is the individual creativity within the relationship. Total 205 questionnaire were distributed to respondents who are the employers of catering businesses and three hypothesis settled were tested.
    As a result, Individualized consideration factor out of transformational leadership factors and factors of Charisma and Intellectual stimulation in the relationship between transformational leadership and individual creativity appeared to be statistically significant. With these findings, it was also turned out that factor of individual creativity was related meaningfully with organizational innovation.
    Also, mediating effects of individual creativity factor between factors of Charisma,Intellectual stimulation and organizational innovation existed significantly.
    Accordingly, the leaders of catering businesses might help setting up the efficient, rational strategy for human resource management through the increasement of creativity utilizing transformational leadership, which will offer a positive effects for organizational innovation.
