This paper examines the current state of the domestic public architecture planning system and derives predictable problem scenarios through relation analysis between planning systems. It finds that the continuous efforts, for instance strengthening the connectivity among public architecture planning systems, are needed to improve the system to redefine relationships.
The study attempts to break away from the way the existing research framework addresses the laws with fixated on the specific perspective in the planning stage. The significance of the study lies in its relation analysis among the systems within the broad frame of the public architecture planning system, including the concepts as architectural quality, construction technology, and a balance budget.
However, a limitation of the study is that it deals with the public architecture planning field centered on procedural aspects based on the provisions of the statute at the level of basic research. The research of internalising public architecture planning with a scope of practical perspective would be beneficial in future studies.
