아파트 주거 만족도의 선형 회귀 모형 : 대구광역시의 사례 연구 A Case Study of Taegu Metropolitan Area = A Linear Regression Model of Satisfaction with 'Apartment oHousing

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A prevailing settlement type in Korea is apartment housing, which is problematic in enhancing residents quality of life. It implies that betterment of apartment housing environment could heighten quality of life of a society as a whole. In this context, this research aims at identifying significant relationship between overall satisfaction with apartment interior and satisfaction with living room, entrance space, kitchen, veranda, and master bed room. A linear regression model is applied to the data gathered from a sample of respondents who live at apartments of Taegu metropolitan area. Results of the regression analysis indicate that living room, veranda and entrance space are important variables for enhancing residents overall satisfaction with apartment interior.
