探析依托现代化边境幸福村的旅游发展路径 = Exploring the Tourism Development Path Based on Modern Border Happy Villages: Taking Shanggang Village in Mohan Town, China Laos Border as an Example

一直以来，党中央及国务院高度重视民族地区发展和边疆地区建设，支持民族和边疆地区建设，推进兴边富民、稳边固边建设进程。云南省委、省政府于2021 年7 月，制定出台《云南省建设现代化边境小康村规划》以来，云南边境地区结合当地实际情况，积极落实和推进现代化边境小康村建设向现代化边境幸福村建设迈进。随着中老铁路的开通，中老边境地区各村寨成为国内旅游者的旅游目的地，旅游发展迎来前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文仅以笔者田野调查的尚冈村为例，围绕尚冈村的现代化边境幸福村建设现状，旅游现状及旅游在发展途径等方面进行初步探析，旨在为依托现代化边境幸福村建设发展旅游提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have always attached great importance to the development of ethnic areas and the construction of border areas, supported the construction of ethnic and border areas, and promoted the process of revitalizing and enriching the people, stabilizing and consolidating borders. Since July 2021, when the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Government formulated and issued the “Yunnan Province Plan for Building Modern Border Comfortable Villages”, Yunnan border areas have actively implemented and promoted the construction of modern border comfortable villages to move towards the construction of modern border happy villages, taking into account the local actual situation. With the opening of the China Laos Railway, villages in China Laos border areas have become tourist destinations for domestic tourists, and tourism development has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This article takes Shanggang Village, which was surveyed by the author in the field, as an example to conduct a preliminary analysis of the current situation of modern border happy village construction, tourism status, and tourism development paths in Shanggang Village. The aim is to provide certain reference and reference significance for the development of tourism based on the construction of modern border happy villages.
