경찰의 현장출동단계에서 가정폭력 피해자 보호를 위한 가정폭력 재범위험성 조사표 개발 및 활용 방안 = Development and Validation of Domestic Violence Risk Assessment Guide for Initial Police Investigation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, a domestic violence risk assessment guide for initial police investigation at the crime scene was developed and its use was followed up in nine police forces. The initial risk assessment guide was composed of 20 items with four factors: severity of current offense, psychological state of victim, previous family violence history, offender characteristcs. But police officers reported difficulty in using the original risk assessment guide for decision making because some items could not be promptly evaluated at the crime scene. Thus a revised risk assessment guide was suggested. The revised domestic violence risk assessment guide is composed of 10 items with the same four factors. The revised domestic violence risk assessment guide needs to be validated in future research.
