본 논문은 자작 창작시 「그 마당에 깃들어」 외 50편의 작품을 바탕으로 그 창작 과정을 설명한 시 창작론이다. 이 글에서는 인식과 체험이 어떻게 시로 구체화되는지를 규명한다. 그 과정에서 시의 주제와 함께, 선택된 대상의 시적인 의미를 설명한다.
Ⅰ장에서는 창작시의 바탕이 된 체험적 배경과 이론적 배경을 소개한다. 성장 과정에서 경험한 물질적, 정신적 결핍이 문학적 체험으로 어떻게 연결되었는지를 설명한다. 또한 영향을 받은 시인들을 소개해 그들의 시와 어떤 영향 관계에 있는지도 함께 밝힌다.
시를 창작하면서 중요하게 여기는 것은 이른바 ‘시적인 것’에 대한 접근 방식이다. 시가 최소한의 ‘시적’ 가치를 가지려면 두 가지의 필요조건이 있어야 한다는 취지에서 창작이 이루어졌다.
첫째, 시는 체험에서 우러난 시적 진실을 표현해야 한다. 시가 시적 의미를 갖추기 위해서는 체험을 통한 최소한의 자기 성찰과 타자에 대한 가치 있는 발견이 필요하다. 둘째, 구체적인 표현과 창의적 발상이다. 체험과 발견이 환기하는 시적 정서는 관념적일 수밖에 없지만, 대상에 대한 서정과 발상이 구체적인 형상화 과정을 거칠 때 시의 울림은 생길 수 있다.
Ⅱ장에서는 창작시 51편을 3부로 나누어 시작(詩作) 방법론을 서술한다. 1부로 분류한 시들은‘삶의 체험을 통한 서정’이라는 주제로 묶었다. 「무한리필 지중해고깃집」 외 18편의 시를 싣고, 구체적인 표현과 창의적 발상을 도입해 형상화하려고 시도한 작품들을 소개한다.
2부에서는‘자연물을 소재로 한 세계의 표현’이라는 주제를 통해 「물러남에 대하여」 외 16편을 제시했다. 생태학적인 경험과 인식이 표현된 시들을 통해 현대인들에게 자연환경이 어떤 의미로 읽힐 수 있는지를 탐색하였다. 3부의 주제는‘성장기와 가족’으로 「푸른 자수 이불」외 창작시 14편을 모았다. 성장기와 가족에 관한 기억과 체험은 통시적 의미에서 창작시의 원형에 해당한다.
결론에서는 창작한 시들의 주제와 경향을 요약해 서술한다. 아울러 현재, 혹은 앞으로 쓰려고 하는 시에 대한 방향성을 피력했다. 지금까지 쓴 시들은 연구자에게 문학의 출발이라는 점에서 의미가 있다. 더 중요한 것은 앞으로의 작품 세계가 어떤 방향으로 나아갈지 스스로 점검하고, 자기갱신을 스스로 촉구하는 데에 있다.

This thesis is a poem creation theory that explains the creative process based on 50 works including 「Dwelling in the yard」. This article examines how perception and experience are embodied in poetry. In the process, the poetic meaning of the selected object is explained along with the poem's subject.
Chapter I introduces the experiential and theoretical backgrounds that served as the basis for creative poetry. It explains how the material and mental deficiencies experienced in the process of growing up were connected to literary experiences. It also introduces the poets who have been influenced and reveals what kind of influence they have on their poetry.
What is important in creating poetry is the approach to the so-called ‘poetic’. The creation was made with the intention that in order for a poem to have a minimum 'poetic' value, there must be two necessary conditions.
First, poetry must express the poetic truth that comes from experience. In order for poetry to have a poetic meaning, it requires a minimum of self-reflection through experience and a valuable discovery of others. Second, concrete expressions and creative ideas. The poetic emotion evoked by experience and discovery is inevitably ideological, but when lyricism and ideation about an object go through a concrete shaping process, the resonance of poetry can occur.
Chapter Ⅱ divides 51 creative poems into 3 parts and describes the methodology of the beginning poetry. The poems classified into the first part were grouped under the theme of 'Lyrics through life experiences'. Including 「Infinite refill mediterranean meat restaurant」 and 18 poems, I introduce works that tried to shape by introducing concrete expressions and creative ideas.
In the second part, 「About retreat」 and 16 other works were presented under the theme of 'expression of the world using natural objects'. Through poems expressing ecological experiences and perceptions, I explored what the natural environment could mean to modern people. The theme of Part 3 is 'Growth and Family', and 14 creative poems including 「Blue embroidery quilt」 were collected. Memories and experiences of growing up and family correspond to the prototype of creative poetry in a diachronic sense.
In the conclusion, the themes and trends of the poems are summarized and described. In addition, the direction of the poem to be written now or in the future was expressed. The poems written so far are meaningful to researchers in that they are the beginning of literature. What is more important is to self-examine the direction of the future work world and to urge self-renewal.
