The purpose of this study is to propose an analytical model for evaluating Internet web sites, according to practical usable type of Online Preschool Children Learning Website. This paper is intended to identify critical success factors of online preschool children learning website to determine criteria for evaluating the Web sites according to practical usable type of website, and use the criteria to develop a framework for evaluation of online preschool children learning website according to practical usable type of website.
The conceptual model for this study draws upon many of the elements of recent studies on web-based learning. also, evaluation tool of preschool children education software's and of website.
As a result, a type of preschool children learning was specified, which consists of 3 categories:the category of content, of teaching & learning strategy, of interface and of 10 subcategories. In a type of the materials to the teacher was specified, which consists of 2 categories:the category of contents, of interface and of 7 subcategories. The framework may be used not only as a tool to evaluate online preschool children learning website according to practical usable type of website, but also as a checklist to improve the quality of a it that is under development.
