EDMS를 이용한 지식관리시스템 구축에 관한 연구 = (A) study on implementation knowledge management system using EDMS

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 성공적인 지식 경영을 달성하기 위하여 기업 및 조직에서 필요한 정형/ 비정형 정보와 가장 중요한 지적 자산중 하나인 업무 프로세스 지식을 통합해서 관리하고 검색 엔진, 그룹웨어 등과 결합하여 개인의 업무 수행에 필요한 모든 지식 정보를 적시에 제공할 수 있게 EDMS를 이용한 지식관리시스템을 구축한 것이다.
이를 위하여 EDMS가 포함되지 않은 지식관리시스템의 문제점 및 개선사항을 검토하였다. 표준화한 업무 프로세스에 따라 새롭게 창출된 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 pu sh기능을 이용하여 사용자에게 등록된 지식을 적시에 제공함으로써 고품질의 지식 자산을 활용할 수 있도록 워크플로우 기능을 이용한 지식관리시스템 구축 방안을 제시하고, 공공기관 등의 관련사례를 통해 구축 의의를 제시하였다.
EDMS기반의 관련 기술을 확보하여 기업 내 통합된 지식 정보 구축, 효과적인 지식의 공유 및 활용, 업무 프로세스와 연계한 업무 편의성을 제공함으로서 기업의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 지식관리시스템을 구축하고자 할때 관련 기술을 응용할 수 있도록 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper presents on the implementation Knowledge Management System (KMS) applying EDMS. EDMS integrates and manages formal and informal data, which are the key factors of successful knowledge management, and work process, one of the most imp ortant intellectual properties of an organization. The technology also has ability of providing users with needed knowledge information on time, together with related technologies such as search engine and groupware etc.
The paper shows problems of KMS building without EDMS and ways of the problem solving. It also inclu des implementation plan of KMS that has functions of;
Efficiently manage the created knowledge throu gh standardized work process, timely provide users with the gathered intellectual properties through push function, and let the users utilize the qualified information using workflow function. At the end, the paper offers the meaning of the system building through reviewing related reference cases such as governmental organizations etc.
The study shows the way to apply related technologies to build KMS using EDMS technology. Improving work efficiency by combining business process and knowledge, and maximizing work productivity of the organization by utilizing needed integrated knowledge information, KMS is needed to maximize value of an organization.
