자유발행 적용 인정교과서의 질 관리 방안 시론 = A Study on the Quality Management Methods of Approved Textbooks Applied Free-issued Textbook System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study seeks to examine the purpose of introducing an approved textbooks applied free-issued textbook system and find ways to manage quality. The main contents of the research were divided into the management of the quality of textbooks, the system of the free publication of textbooks, the main contents of the policy of the approved textbooks for free publication, and the quality control measures for the approved textbooks for free issuance. As a result of the discussion, the role of the nation and the region as the quality control body was dealt with in terms of institutional aspects, and the need for quality control organizations to provide technical support was put forward. From a policy perspective, it proposed a gradual expansion of site application, simplification of screening procedures, and the need to build infrastructure. In terms of content, each textbook was considered to follow a common standard, and the standards for each textbook were suggested for publishing houses to conduct their own. In addition, quality control of textbooks suggested that the main focus was different for each subject and that efforts were required to harmonize them.
