여가활동유형에 따른 도시공원 이용자의 만족도 평가 = Assessment for Satisfaction of Urban Park Users, based on Leisure Activity Patterns - a Case of Importance-Performance Analysis -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to segment leisure activities of urban park users and then to examine any significant differences between segments with respect to importance-performance analysis about the attributes of satisfaction on urban park. The results of this study elicited two implications.First, all the two segments pointed out that continuous management was needed in items of landscape, access, crowdedness, and walk.Second, segment 1 pointed out the facilities management, sports and convenient facilities(toilets, public telephones, and bench, etc), as items needed to be reinforced, while segment 2 indicated facilities management and sport facilities. This meaned that exterior and interior managements of all facilities, located in urban park, were essentially needed. Also, sports facilities and space should be well constructed for users who enjoyed active leisures such as in-line skating, in-line hockey, and so on. The convenient facilities, emphasized in the overall necessity of using, should be located to the appropriate place in appropriate amount.
