With the advent of the information age, the rapid development of the Internet of things and the rise of big data make everything possible in the 21st century. All this is inseparable from the development and innovation of science and technology. However, the progress of science and technology has not brought the synchronous development of social morality. A series of social problems caused by the lack of morality, especially the dishonesty, eager for quick success and instant benefit in academic research in Colleges and universities Ignoring people's safety behavior has become the focus of attention. Therefore, the study of ethical leadership in Colleges and universities is not only a profound theoretical problem, but also an urgent practical problem. The rise and development of ethical leadership is conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of organizations and plays a positive role in promoting social stability and development. Then, what effect the urgently needed ethical leadership in the organization will have on the innovative behavior of middle school students, and what is its mechanism, which are worthy of our in-depth study.

Under the theoretical framework of organizational behavior, this paper makes an empirical study on the mediating rolebetween ethical leadership and graduate innovation

behavior. After a questionnaire survey of 300 teachers and students, this paper makes an empirical analysis ofthe data and draws a conclusion. The specific ideas are as follows. Firstly, find the direct impact of ethical leadership on graduate students' innovative behavior. Secondly, it test the direct effect of ethical leadership on graduate students' trust. Then it discusses the impact of trust on graduate innovation behavior. Finally, we anlaysis the mediating effect of graduate trust. The conclusion shows that trust plays a complete mediating role in ethical leadership on graduate students' innovative behavior. It shows that under the background of China's unique moral culture, inheriting and carrying forward ethical leadership has important theoretical and practical significance.
The research results ofthis paper are as follows:

First, Ethical leadership has a positive impact on students' innovative behavior, trust and students' innovative behavior. Therefore, in daily academic research practice, in order to make students innovate continuously, we should pay attention to persuading people with morality in the way of leadership, have full respect and tolerance for students, pay attention to openness in the way of communication, and make the communication smooth whether from top to bottom or from bottom to top.

Second, Ethical leadership has a positive impact on students' trust. This shows that ethical leadership has a great impact on students' individual psychological motivation and organizational interpersonal communication, and moral leaders can promote the formation of higher leadership ability and improve the operation efficiency of the organization. Therefore, in the daily academic research process of colleges and universities, the moral factors of leaders should be required as an important assessment index to strengthen the moral quality of leaders.

Thirdly, through data verification, this paper shows that student’s trust plays an mediating role between ethical leadership and students' innovative behavior. Therefore, in the future academic research practice, we should pay attention to these two factors and strengthen the construction of students' trust through a series of academic research

measures. For example, we can select students with high trust and strengthen the cultivation of students' trust through the trust oriented assessment system. In addition, in the daily communication process, we should strengthen the openness ofcommunication, so that communication can be unimpeded from top to bottom or from bottom to top.

This paper studies the impact of ethical leadership on students' innovative behavior under the unique cultural background of China, which is highly targeted, ethical leadership should be better developed in its own soil. Chinese colleges and universities should also cultivate a group of Chinese ethical leaders according to their own cultural characteristics and carry forward the traditional academic research culture, So as to create the unique cultural characteristics of Chinese colleges and universities. These are the uniqueness of this paper. However, a series of problems, such as how ethical leadership will affect other factors in the process of academic research in Colleges and universities, how to effectively train moral academic researchers, and how to develop moral measurement questionnaires with Chinese characteristics, still need our continuous research.
