The research on early childhood education environment has been performed but the study on the effect of early childhood education environment on the behavior of the teacher has not still been paid attention. This study focus on developing better structure of early childhood education service by investigating relationships between the behaviors of teachers and the quality of education environment. Their relationships are analyzed through observation of the field and the statistical methods such as mean and t-test. The analyses show that the behaviors of the teachers have been much influenced by the quality of the education environment than by the graduation degrees and the experiences of the teachers. Therefore, the improvements of the quality of education environment must be preceded to enhance the quality of the education service.
