Today rapid social change influences inevitably organizations in modern society, therefore educational organization have much problems to be solved for its survival in this changing society; those are the reduction to inefficiency of organization arising from discrepancy between individual goal and organization goal, and the increase of its capacity in order to adapt changing environment.
This paper was written to establish the organization development strategies for educational administrator in schools by comprehensive approach. At first, this study attempted to review theoretical background of organization development, and then considering the organizational characteristics of schools.
The following organization development strategies for educational administrator were pointed out.
(1) Have a correct understanding the necesity of organization development, and establish the short or long-term intervention strategies for school effiency.
(2) Consider the organization development techniques in all its aspects according to the object of change.
(3) Choice and carry out the most fit model for organization development in school.
(4) Act to the best of contingency leadership as educational administrator.
