뉴 거버넌스 시각에서의 청소년행정네트워크 분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 = A Study of Youth Administration Network Analysis and Alternatives in New Governance Perspective

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose of this study was to present new administration model and alternatives on the basis of analysis the current youth administration system in Korea. Specially, reflected to establish New governance youth administration system of multilateral designs method. The model consists of various sectors such as central government, local government, NGO, common people youth organization etc. Research method was to direct interview the three local governments of Seoul City, Inchon City, and Kyonggi-do. The pending issues and alternatives through this research were to: First, analyze the relationship and connection system between the central government and local government, private sector and public sector of current youth administration system. Second, find out appropriate the New governance model to apply in Korea by implications of other countries` youth administration system. Third, need to improve of youth policy including cooperation strengthening plan between center and local government. Finally, need to develop the cooperation network model for local citizenry and special quality of youth policy.
