연구의 목적 및 내용
◯ Research tool 기반의 개인맞춤 임상시험 연구개발 수행
- Personalized & precision 특화 글로벌 임상시험 수행 및 임상시험 지원
- 진단기술 및 신약재창출 통한 시장 확장과 신약개발 컨설팅 서비스
- Panomics, stemcell, biomarker, M&S 등 원천기술 개발 및 전주기 지원 서비스
◯ 총괄 컨소시엄 Working group 조직 및 운영
- 컨소시엄 공동 연구 협력 플랫폼 구축(인적/물적 인프라 연계, 연구 자원 중앙관리시스템, 데이터 표준화)
- 컨소시엄 통합 CRO, Business, 교육 기능을 위한 매트릭스 조직 구성 및 운영
- 자율점검, 진도관리, policy & SOP 제정

Results
◯ Research and development of personalized clinical trial based on Research tool
- Conducting clinical trials and developing technologies related to N of 1 trial, stem cell, genomics, imaging biomarker
- Conducting technology transfer and drug development consulting service through drug repositioning
- Increased orders for domestic and foreign clinical trials by securing research personnel and constructing spaces optimized for performing early stage of clinical trial
- Suggest the possibility of self-development by exceeding the project goal of the proposed field and the center
◯ Establishment and stabilization of clinical trial support system
- Produce profits by conducting various joint projects, including support for joint research and training of expert personnel, based on the consortium working group matrix organization
- Establish a support plan and cooperate to meet the mutual needs of consortium organizations
- Conducted new drug development consulting for small and medium sized biopharmaceutical companies in Korea through P-CREATS service
- Securing the revolutionary pipeline and connecting the new drug development of pharmaceutical companies with clinical practice of hospital(SMC)
- Mentorized the ideas of clinical researchers and acquired a large grant from multinational pharmaceutical companies
- Establish a convergent/customized human resources development system centered on demand to enhance human capacity
- Establish patient pool DB of target disease
- Conduct technical/business value evaluation of retained patent
Expected Contribution
- Achieve national R&D promotion strategy by carrying out research for commercialization of bio-pharma fields such as genome business and new drug development
- Shorten the cost and duration of new drug development and increase the probability of success through Personalized & precision clinical trials
