병사의 군 부적응요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국군의 경우 징병제를 실시함에 따른 병사들의 군 부적응 문제가 심각한 수준에 이르고 있음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미약한 편이며, 연구에서 다루는 변인 역시 제한적이었다. 본 연구의 목적은 병사의 군 부적응 수준과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 통합적인 측면에서 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구에 사용된 샘플의 크기는 287명이며, 종속변인인 군 부적응의 측정은 ‘군생활적응척도’가 적용되었으며, 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, t-검증, 아노바 검증, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석이 활용되었다. 연구결과 계급, 학력, 입대태도, 제대 후의 진로에 따라 병사의 군 적응도는 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성과 개인특성요인 가족환경요인, 부대환경요인으로 회귀식을 구성하고 유의한 영향력을 가진 변수를 파악한 결과 ‘상관’과의 관계가 가장 큰 영향력을 갖는 요인으로 밝혀졌고, 그 다음으로 부대시설, 입대태도, 계급, 충동성의 순으로 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 영향력 있는 변인들을 중심으로 병사의 군 부적응에 대한 대응방안을 제언하고 군사회복지의 필요성과 추후의 연구 과제를 부언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Adjustment problems in military of genaration soldiers have been increasing and being severe social problem. When it is compared with other areas, the researchs about adjustment prolem of generation soldier in military are rare. This study was to examine psychosocial factors influencing on adjustment problem of generation soldier. The sample size of this study was 287, which made it possible to do statistical inference. Military Adjustment Scale, subordination factor, was applicated to measure the adjustment problems. As statistical method, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA test, hierarchiCal multiple regression analysis were used. The findings revealed that according to grade, education, school career, attitude of military entrance, vision after discharge from military service degree of adjustment in military service was differentiated. This study by hierarchiCal multiple regression analysis also revealed grade, impulsiveness, facility of military camp, attitude of military entrance, relationship with upper officer had direct impact in adjustment problem in military service. Especially relationship with upper officer was the factors that make the best influence on military adjustment. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggested some practical alternative and military social work service added further study tasks.
