국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 조선 중기에 활동한 옹몽진의 생애와 문학적 특징을 고찰한 것이다. 각 장의 논의 내용은 다음과 같다. 제2장에서는 옹몽진이 순창옹씨 가문 내에서 특별한 위상을 지닌 인물임을 확인하였고, 또한 기존 해제에서 잘못 알려진 여러 사항들을 바로잡음으로써 해당 인물을 이해하기 위한 기초적 토대를 마련하였다. 제3장에서는 󰡔청하일고󰡕를 비롯한 다양한 문헌 자료를 종합적으로 검토하여 옹몽진의 사회 진출과 관직 생활 양상을 상세히 고찰하였다. 구체적으로 그의 주요 관직 경력 및 문학 활동을 비롯해 청렴한 관료로서의 면모 등을 논의하였다. 제4장에서는 󰡔청하일고󰡕에 수록된 한시 작품들의 전반적 특징을 분석하였다. 그의 한시 작품 대부분은 각 고을 산천의 아름다움을 예찬하고 향촌 사회 문인들과의 친밀한 정서나 인간적인 관심을 드러내었으며 아울러 관정애민의 충직한 관인으로서의 태도를 강조하였다. 이러한 특징은 궁극적으로 옹몽진의 청백리적 삶의 태도와 맞물려 이해할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the life and literary characteristics of Ong Mong-jin, who was active during the mid-Joseon period. The discussion of each chapter is as follows. Chapter 2 establishes that Ong Mong-jin held a distinctive position within the Suncheon Ong clan and corrects several inaccuracies found in previous commentaries, thereby laying a fundamental foundation for a more accurate understanding of his life. Chapter 3 offers a detailed analysis of his entry into officialdom and his career trajectory by comprehensively examining various sources, including the Cheongha Ilgo. In particular, it discusses his major official appointments, literary activities, and his character as an upright and incorruptible official. Chapter 4 analyzes the overall characteristics of the Chinese poems included in Cheongha Ilgo based on Ong Mong-jin’s life trajectory examined in the preceding chapters. Through his poetic works, Ong Mong-jin praises the natural beauty of the landscapes of various localities, expresses a sense of affinity with local literati who pursued a simple way of life, and emphasizes his attitude as a loyal official who embodied the values of benevolent administration and care for the people.
