    Recently, most of restaurant industry have an increasing interest about outsourcing for Information Systems, growing in introducing to the technique. Information Systems are indispencible tool under the fast changing of business enviroments and an important means to obtain a competitive advantage. This paper is based on a strategic model and verifies the model through emperical study. Saarinen and Vepsalainen established a model in the viewpoint of transaction cost model. The most important accomplishment of this study is to present efficient procurement strategies an the outsourcing for Information Systems in restaurant industry. The result of this study is identified with the procurement strategy model and confirms the model.

Information Systems are indispencible tool under the fast changing of business enviroments and an important means to obtain a competitive advantage.
