The analysis revealed nine factors of 87 items; a) individual related factor b) family life related factor c) Interpersonal related factor d) Job related factor e) working conditional factor f) conpensational system factor g) proffessional growth factor h) administrative system factor and i) recognitive status factor. These nine factors are still divisible in to, 15 subfactors. The construct validity of the scale was demonstrated by the matching between theoretical constructs and factor structures. Reliability of the scale was good. (r = .863) Discussion is centered on the limitations of and the suggestions about using the scale in practical setting.
