여성의 일-가정 양립을 위한 사회적서비스정책의 발달과 전망: 근대화관점, 계급동원관점, 신제도주의관점의 적용 = A study on Development and Vision of Social Service Policy for Women's Work-Family Coexistence in Korea - Application of Modernization, Class Mobility, New Institutionalism Viewpoint

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to examine the reality of recent enlargement of social service through pursuit after historical process. As a result of application of modernization, class mobility, new institutionalism viewpoint on nurture policy, women's work-family coexistence policy, it has been limited minimalist nation's obligation because of laggard response on the appearance of problem pressure in early 1990's. The reason is limit from absence of class mobility, circumstance of zero-sun game between OSR․NSR, feedback effect of LMEs' coordination mechanism, path-dependency of minimalist family support pattern on developmentalism era, nurture supply system depending on private market, approach from private goods. It is required for track revisionism from market-oriented family policy model to establish social movement strategy for women's work-family coexistence, to promote consensus on high-road based on high-burden and high welfare, to provide the frame on institutional interest exchange for comprehensive coordination among nation-capital-labor.
