자활사업의 수혜자 만족도 및 그 영향요인에 관한 연구 = Client Satisfaction and its Determinants of the Self-Support Programs

This study aims to empirically analyze client Satisfaction and its Determinants of the Self-Support Programs. And this study compares the work-oriented forms directly managed by public agencies with the market-oriented forms managed by the self-reliance aid centers. At first, the article examined the general level of client satisfaction and the level of the intention to continuously participate on Self-Support Programs. In relation to determinants, survey questionnaires were made on the basis of five principles of satisfaction determinants, including responsiveness, revenue, job environment, adequacy, and accessibility. Finally, this study made a comparison between the work-oriented programs and the market-oriented ones. The major findings of this study could be summarized as follows; Firstly, the market-oriented programs are more satisfing than the work-oriented programs of the general level of satisfaction, but the market-oriented programs are similar to the work-oriented programs of the intention to continuously participate. Secondly, in relation to determinants, revenue and adequacy to client are the influential factors on the general level of the satisfation in both programs, and adequacy to client is the more influential factor on the general level of the satisfation. However, job environment to client is the influential factor on the general level of the satisfation only in the market-oriented programs. Client's Job environment is influential factor in the aspect of the intention to continuously participate in both programs. however, revenue and adequacy to client are influential factors in the aspect of the intention to continuously participate only in the market-oriented programs.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자활사업의 수혜자 만족도 및 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 구체적으로 자활사업의 만족도 및 영향요인을 보건복지부 자활사업을 중심으로 시장지향형 프로그램과 근로중점형 프로그램으로 이원화하여 일정한 분석 틀에 입각하여 분석하고 상호 비교평가하였다. 수혜자의 만족도를 측정하기 위해서 우선은 자활사업에 대한 전반적인 만족 정도와 계속참여의향의 정도를 측정해 보고, 근로중점형과 시장지향형을 상호 비교하였다. 또한 시장지향형은 하위 프로그램의 유형별로 차이를 분석하였다. 영향요인과 관련해서는 선행연구를 토대로 우선 반응성, 소득, 근로환경, 적절성, 접근용이성의 다섯 가지 요소를 중심으로 설문문항을 구성한 이후에, 설문결과에 대한 요인분석 결과를 토대로 이를 반응성, 소득, 근로환경, 적절성, 접근용이성으로 재구성하였고, 근로중점형과 시장지향형의 영향요인을 비교 분석하였다. 설문조사는 대구광역시 8개 자활후견기관의 시장지향형 프로그램과 3개구의 근로중점형 프로그램에 참여하는 자활사업 수혜자를 대상으로 하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 만족도에 있어서는 우선 전반적인 만족도 경우 근로중점형 수혜자들은 만족하는 정도가 다소 낮았고, 시장지향형 수혜자들은 다소 높은 편이었으며, 시장지향형이 상대적으로 전반적인 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 계속참여의향의 경우 근로중점형과 시장지향형 수혜자들이 모두 만족하는 정도가 다소 높았으며, 양자 간에 의미 있는 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 영향요인에 있어서는 우선 전반적인 만족도에는 근로중점형은 소득과 적절성이 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 시장지향형은 소득과 적절성 외에 근로환경이 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 계속참여의향에는 근로중점형은 근로환경만이 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 시장지향형은 근로환경 외에도 적절성과 소득에서 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있다.
