보건교육의 새로운 전망: 내러티브 접근

국문 초록 (Abstract)

건강이 질병이 없는 상태에서 신체적, 정신적 및 사회적으로 안녕한 상태로의 개념변 화와 다양한 건강 문제는 보건교육의 필요성을 증대시켰다. 학교보건교육은 2008학교보 건법 개정과 보건교육과정고시로 인해 체계적으로 보건교육을 실시하도록 하였다. 2009 이전까지의 보건교육은 수업전후 지식, 행동, 태도 변화에 대한 효과연구가 주를 이루었 으며, 2009 이후 보건교육과정과 교육방법에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있으나 보편적이 지 못했다. 보건교육은 실천중심학문이므로 건강지식을 증가시키고 태도변화를 이끌어 내기 위해서는 개인 삶과 관련된 이야기와 관련시켜야 하고 실제생활에 가깝게 건강행 위를 실천할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 내러티브 수업으로의 변화가 요구되었다. 또한 내 러티브 접근은 성관련 문제, 흡연, 자살, 만성질환 등은 자신의 경험을 이야기하는 것을 통하여 자아의 통합과 치유가 일어나도록 하는 치료적 의미를 가질 수 있었다. 보건교육 의 방법, 보건실 장면에서 치료도구로 내러티브 접근을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The need for health education has been increased by a variety of health problems and the conceptual change of health which is defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being in the absence of disease. The systematic school health education was to be implemented by the amendment of School Health Act of 2008 and notice of health curriculum. The main researches of health education prior to 2009 focused on the effects of before and after classes with respect to the changes in Knowledge, behavior, and attitude. Even though the studies of the health education curriculum and teaching methods have been made since 2009, those were not a general. As health education is a practice-centered curriculum, it has been requested. changes to the class using the narrative approaches which provide the opportunity to do health behavior practices closely in real life and being able to connect with a story related to the individual's life for broadening the health knowledge and leading to a change in attitude. In addition, the narrative approaches was able to cause the self-integration and healing by themselves, so-called therapeutic meaning, by speaking their own experiences such as issues related to gender, smoking, suicide, and chronic disease. We suggested the narrative approaches as a healing tool at methods of health education and health care scenes at a school health room.
