국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 에니어그램 각 유형별 보육교사의 스트레스 탐색을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구 참여자는 C 지역에 거주하고 있는 현직 보육교사 60명을 대상으로 1차 예비조사 로 인터뷰와 에니어그램 성격유형검사를 하였고, 2차 본 조사에서는 개방형 질문지를 작성하 고 유형별로 모여 토론과 발표를 하고 내용은 녹음과 인터뷰를 하여 분석 하였다.
연구결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 머리형(5, 6, 7번 유형) 사람들은 자신을 무시하 지 않고 인정해 주고, 칭찬과 격려로 자신을 이해해 주기를 바란다. 가슴형(2, 3, 4번 유형) 사 람들은 언어적으로 인정해 주고, 과정보다는 결과를 인정해 주기를 원하고 있었으며 배형(8, 9, 1번 유형)사람들은 자신에게 권한을 펼 칠 수 있도록 격려해 주고 갈등상황이 되지 않도록 관계를 중요 시 함을 알 수 있다.
이러한 결과는 보육교사에게 각자 자신의 성격유형을 이해함에 따라 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 스트레스 상황을 파악하여 스스로 자신의 스트레스를 긍정적으로 받아 들 일 수 있도 록 한다. 또한 타인과의 관계 형성을 돕고 갈등을 줄이고 원장과 보육교사는 공동업무와 개인 의 업무 분담을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있으며, 부모와의 관계증진 및 소통을 도울 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate child care teacher’s type of stress according to Enneagram. During the preliminary phase, 60 child care teachers from area C were interviewed and did the Enneagram personality test. At the main phase, the survey was conducted and the discussion sessions followed according to the personality types.
The results are following. Head (thinking) centered group (type 5, 6, 7) look for praise and encouragements from others without letting them down. Heart (feeling) centered group (type 2, 3, 4) likes to hear compliments and recognition for their end products. Gut (instinctive) centered group (type 8, 9, 1) prefer to have their rights to be recognized by others, and they do not like having conflicts with others. These results implicates first, child care teachers will be able to recognize their own stress types to cope with stress more effectively. Second, it will likely to reduce the possible conflicts with others by having more effective communications. Third, the child care directors, teachers, and parents will be able to work efficiently and communicate more effectively by being aware of each other’s personality.
