여자 고등학교 농구코치의 지도행동과 자아유능감과의 관계 = Study on the guiding behaviors and self-competence of girls' high school basketball coaches

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 2006년 대한농구협회에 등록된 팀을 모집단으로 설정한 다음 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling)을 이용하여 총 135부의 표본으로 추출하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 도구는 <여자 고등학교 농구코치의 지도행동과 자아유능감의 관계>에서 사용된 설문지로 이 연구에서 사용된 측정변수의 신뢰도 계수의 구간은 α = .6306 ～ .8899로 나타났다. 여자 고등학교 농구코치의 지도행동과 자아유능감에 관한 연구를 분석하기 위하여 조사한 설문지의 조사응답 결과는 기입한 자료를 회수한 후 응답이 부실하거나 신뢰성 확보가 어렵다고 판단되는 자료와 극단치(outlier)를 분석대상에서 제외하고, 분석 가능한 자료를 컴퓨터에 개별 입력시킨 후 통계프로그램 SPSS 12.0 for Windows 프로그램을 활용하여, 자료의 분석을 실시하였으며, 가설의 검증을 위해서 이 연구에서 사용한 구체적인 통계분석 기법은 연구대상자들의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 팀 응집력 및 만족도의 차이를 알아보기 위해 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였고, 유의한 차이가 있는 경우 Scheffe'의 방법을 이용하여 사후검증을 실시하였다.
이와 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다.
첫째, 민주적 행동은 학업 신체 유능감, 품행 유능감 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 권위적 행동은 신체 유능감 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지행동은 사회 수용감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 학년에 따른 지도행동 유형에서는 민주적 행동, 권위적 행동, 사회적 지지행동에서 통계적으로 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 운동경력에 따른 지도행동 유형에서 자아유능감의 모든 요인은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였다.
넷째, 학업 유능감에서는 민주적 행동, 사회적 지지행동의 변인이 영향을 미치고, 사회 수용감에서는 민주적 행동, 사회적 지지행동의 변인이 영향을 미치며, 운동 유능감에서는 모든 변인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 신체 유능감에서는 권위적 행동의 변인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 품행 유능감에서는 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동의 변인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전반적 가치감에서는 민주적 행동의 변인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This study used convenient sampling in order to extract a total of 135 samples from a population of the teams registered in 2006 with the Korea Basketball Organization. Data were collected by utilizing questionnaires to conduct "study on the guiding behaviors and self-competence of girls' high school basketball coaches." The interval of the reliability coefficients of measurement variables applied to this study is α = .6306 ～ .8899. Questionnaires were distributed and collected to analyze the responses. Poor responses and unreliable ones and outliers were not analyzed. Instead, each of reliable materials was put into the computer and then analyzed by using the statistical program SPSS 12.0 for Windows programs. Statistical analysis techniques were employed to verify the hypotheses of this research. Frequency analysis was employed to determine the normal characteristics of the samples. One-way ANOVA analysis was utilized to know the difference in the cohesive power and satisfaction degree of the teams. When significant difference was identified, Scheffe's method was employed to conduct post verification. The following results were derived from the said research methods and procedures.
First, democratic behaviors are correlated with schoolwork body competence and deportment competence and authoritative behaviors with body competence. Social support behaviors have an effect on social accommodation. Second, there is statistically significant difference in guiding behaviors types according to school year of the students, such as democratic behaviors, authoritative behaviors, and social support behaviors. Third, there is not statistically significant difference in all the factors of guiding behaviors types according to physical exercise careers of the students. Fourth, schoolwork competence is significantly affected by the variants of democratic behaviors and social support behaviors; and society accommodation by those of democratic behaviors and social support behaviors; and physical exercise competence by no variants; body competence by the variants of authoritative behaviors; deportment competence by those of training and instruction behaviors and democratic behaviors; and all the value senses by those of democratic behaviors.
