In order to live a healthy and happy life and maintain a good image in today's modern society, individuals need to be able to express themselves. When meeting someone for the first time, one's first impression of that person is determined in an extremely short period of time. According to Dartmouth University Professor Paul Wallen's research, when meeting a person for the first time, the brain needs just 0.017 seconds to determine how they feel about that person and whether or not that person can be trusted. In other words, the information first inputted into the brain, is more influential than the information the brain acquires after the initial meeting is done. This is known as the Primacy Effect. The Primacy Effect is an extremely important factor in determining the first impression of someone. This is due to the fact that the first impression determines what kind of image one makes of a person. The reality is that one's social and business success all depends on how their image appeals to society. Image making is the personal pursuit of a goal. In order to achieve that goal, one's image must be managed with an integrated approach to self-awareness, image making efficacy, and improving upon one's interpersonal relationship skills and self-achievement. Not only is it important for just businesses and organizations, but it's also becoming increasingly more important to create a positive and attractive image of an individuals' brand value. Therefore, systematic image management is needed to help promote personal awareness and build professional content. The goal of this research is to utilize service design methodology to meet the image making needs of individuals. Moreover, an examination of the service design method will be looked at to make more active use of current image making business services. The "Pain Point" can be found by utilizing the service design and blueprint methodologies. These methodologies are designed to help one's image making in various forms. Lastly, in order to resolve service problems, ways to improve upon development must be found.
