The main purpose of this paper is to study the satisfaction of venture employee to chief executive officer in Korea. To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively, first of all, theoretical background of the characteristics of chief executive officer are reviewed briefly.
Second, research methodology is discussed with the following topics:
(1) range of data collection,
(2) data collection methods and period,
(3) data analysis methods
Third, research results are discussed with following topics:
(1) characteristics of the sample
(2) comparison of general satisfaction for the chief executive officer
(3) comparison of satisfaction by sex
(4) comparison of satisfaction by age
(5) comparison of satisfaction by education level
(6) comparison of satisfaction by main tasks
(7) comparison of satisfaction by general performance of venture business
Finally, this paper is summarized and future research areas are suggested briefly.
