This study aimed to promote understanding work outcomes(e.g., job performance, negligent behavior, intentions of leaving) through employees' reactions to perceptible factors of the organizational politics in local government. Thus, the design of this research has what target variables are job performance, negligent behavior, intentions of leaving and predictable variable is perceptible factors of the organizational politics. This study analyses used the CART algorism of Answer Tree of decision-making tree. Results suggest that a clique inner organization affects job performance and a friendship affects negligent behavior and a subjective or unfair criterion of promotion affects intentions of leaving. The implication of this study suggests what should remove factors of organizational politics to advance the work outcomes through an objective or fair criterion of promotion.
