지각된 부모의 정서표현성에 따른 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계 문제의 차이: 성인자녀의 성차를 고려하여 = The difference of ambivalence over emotional expression and interpersonal problems by perceived parents' emotional expressiveness : focusing on adult offsprings' sex difference

The present study is designed to investigate perceived parents' emotional expressiveness and adult offsprings' sex difference as a developmental correlate of adult off-springs' ambivalence over emotional expression(AE) and interpersonal problems. For these ends, 575 adult off-springs completed questionnaire including retrospected SEFQ of their parents, AEQ and KIIP-SC, The results revealed that female adult off-springs perceived parents' positive emotional expressiveness and mother's negative emotional expressiveness higher than male adult off-springs. Male adult off-springs perceived father's negative emotional expressiveness are higher than mother's negative emotional expressiveness. Cluster analysis yields 6 clusters. 'Friendly female adult off-spring' group and 'friendly male off-spring' group reported low AE and interpersonal problems. 'Negative female off-spring' group had the highest 'self-defensive AE' and JK of interpersonal problems among the all groups. 'Passive female adult off-spring' group had the lowest 'relation-involved AE' among the 6 groups and had the higher DE and BC of interpersonal problems than 'friendly female adult off-spring' group. 'Neglected male adult off-spring' group had higher 'self-defensive AE' and interpersonal problems than 'friendly male adult off-spring' group. 'Expressive male adult off-spring' group had higher AE and BC, PA, NO of interpersonal problems than 'friendly male adult off-spring' group.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지각된 부모의 정서표현성과 자녀의 성별에 따라 성인 자녀의 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계 문제가 어떤 차이를 보이는지 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 20~30대 성인남녀 575명을 대상으로 회고된 가정내 부모의 정서표현성 질문지, 한국판 정서표현에 대한 양가성 척도, 한국판 대인관계문제검사 단축형을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 남성에 비해 여성이 부모의 긍정적 정서표현성, 모의 부정적 정서표현성을 더 높게 보고하였다. 남성은 부가 모보다 부정적 정서표현성이 더 높았다고 지각하였다. 부모의 정서표현성과 자녀의 성별에 근거한 군집분석 결과,‘부정적 여성’,‘우호적 여성’,‘우호적 남성’,‘소극적 여성’,‘표현적 남성’,‘방임된 남성’의 총 6개 집단으로 분류되었다.‘우호적 여성’집단과‘우호적 남성’집단은 제반 변인에서 낮은 문제를 보고했다.‘부정적 여성’집단은 자기방어적 양가성과 대인관계문제의 과순응성이 집단 중 가장 높았다.‘소극적 여성’집단은 관계관여적 양가성이 집단 중 가장 낮았으며 대인관계문제의 냉담과 자기중심성이‘우호적 여성’집단보다 높았다,‘방임된 남성’집단은 자기방어적 양가성, 대인관계문제가‘우호적 남성’집단보다 높았다.‘표현적 남성’집단은 정서표현 양가성, 대인관계문제의 자기중심성, 통제지배, 과관여가‘우호적 남성’집단보다 높았다.
