국내 공항의 운영체제와 경쟁력 분석에 관한 연구 = A Study on Airport Operation System and its Competitiveness in Korea

Even though international airlines for passengers and cargos have increased annually in Korean air transport market, domestic airline shows quite the opposite. Accordingly, to solve this problem competitiveness analysis of airport operations and appropriate measures are required. For this purpose, functions, ownerships and operating bodies of airport operations are classified in this study and coordinating bodies for each airport which related to the local governing metro-agencies affecting directly to the airport activations, legislation status to support airline companies and air transport statistics are analyzed. Also, for the analysis of airport competitiveness components, competitiveness of 15 airports in Korea including Incheon international airport are comparatively co-analyzed through decision factor application method. After considering the added values to the individual airport competitiveness components, airport competitiveness are compared and analyzed for the international and domestic airports. The findings of this research will be used to enhance the competitiveness of domestic airports in Korea.
