    This study is attempted for the purpose of clinicalimprovement of dental services as well as guide for effective distribution of limited resources, furthermore, provision of fundamental sources for differentiated strategies in management of dental medicare clinics. Those ends will be fulfilled through exploration of attitude types against subjectivity of dental care usage and the analysis on the characteristics of each type using Q-Methodology that makes it possible to measure a person's subjectivity in a scientific and systematic manner.
    The result of the study shows that the people's attitudes against the dental clinical care can generally be found and categorized into three types. Here are the results of analysis on characteristics of those types:
    Type 1. The people who show attitude of the first type can be referred as "People who put more stress on the atmosphere of inside of a clinic." They think of the sanitary condition as the most important thing in order not to feel uneasiness caused by potential contagion from dirty environment. Thus the people who belong to the type one can be said to think sanitary condition, familiarity, and convenience important.
    Type 2. The people who show attitude of the second type can be called "People who put more stress on the medical skills of a dentist." These people love to visit the dentists' who possess more experiences in dental care and receive more
    recommendations furnished with such modernized facilities and medical devices. Thus the people who belong to the second type can be said to consider excellent medical skills and contemporary tools as the most important.
    Type 3. The people who show attitude of the third type is categorized as "People who put more stress on the advanced facilities and equipment of a building where a dentist's office is." These people of the third type of attitude against dental care who think the exterior services also important rather than dental service emphasize great equipment in a clinic and want the arrangement of dental clinic and advices to be designed patient-centered.
    Thus, this study seems to be expected to contribute to identification and understanding of the characteristics of each different type by discovering and analysing people's general attitudes in their usage of dental services. It is also expected to be utilized as a basic source for setting differentiated strategies in the management of dental medicating clinics.
