대학생의 진로탐색 및 결정에 관한 혼합연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

대학생의 진로선택 및 결정에 관한 연구를 수행하기 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌분석(교과서, 연구논문, 학위논문, 연구보고서 등), 질적분석(인터뷰를 통한 근거이론 분석법), 양적분석(구조방정식모형분석, 다집단 구조방정식모형분석)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 대학 졸업 이전에 자신의 진로목표와 경로를 선택하였거나 선택하지 못한 대학생 모두 극심한 진로갈등에 시달리고 있었으며, 학과나 단과대 단위에서 제공하는 진로상담과 진로지도를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 해당 전공의 선험자인 지도교수와 졸업생을 통한 정보습득을 요구하고 있으나, 실제로 이를 경험한 비율이 낮은 편이었다. 인문계열, 여학생 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 진로선택 시기가 늦었고, 전공과 진로 사이에서 갈등이 심한 것으로 나타났다.

This study was used the literature analysis (textbooks, research papers, dissertations, research reports), qualitative analysis (grounded theory analysis through interview), quantitative analysis (structural equation modeling, multi-SEM) in order to conduct research on the career choice and decision of university students. As a result, the university students were suffering from extreme career conflicts both students who chose or did not select their career goals and pathways. They preferred career counseling and career guidance provided by departments and college units. In addition, they were demanding to acquire information through their professors and graduates, but the rate of experiencing that was low. Humanities and female students were slower in their career choices than the other groups. And they had a lot of conflicts between their major and their career.
