스포츠교육모형을 활용한 체육수업에서 심동적 영역 평가에 관한 내러티브 연구 = A Narrative Study of Using GPAI for Teaching Sport Education Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 체육수업을 모형중심으로 이끄는 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있다. 사회가 변화하고 학생이 변화하기 때문에 수업방식이 변화해야 하는 것은 당연한 이치이다. 이중 스포츠교육모형은 체육수업을 하기 위한 독특한 방식으로 외국에서 뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 비중 있게 다루어져 오고 있다. 연구자들의 관심은 이러한 스포츠교육모형이 학위논문이나 학회지논문에 발표되기 위해 실험적으로 이루어지는 것이 아닌 보통의 체육교사가 실제 자신의 수업을 조금이나마 개선하려는 차원에서 스포츠교육모형을 어떻게 활용할 수 있을 것인지에 있었다. 모형을 활용하여 체육수업을 개선하려면 제일 먼저 해야 할 일이 평가항목을 바꾸는 것이었다. 연구자들은 이 대안으로 GPAI를 선정하였다. GPAI는 게임능력을 평가하는 도구로 체육수업이 궁극적으로 게임을 가르치는 것이라면 당연히 게임능력을 평가해야 한다는 실제성에 근거한 것이다. 이에 따라 연구수업을 위해 연구자를 찾은 2명의 사례교사를 통해 연구동의를 얻고, 수업개선을 위한 아이디어와 토론을 거듭했다. 홍교사와는 두 번의 면담밖에는 못했으나, 장교사와는 주당 1회 정도 만나서 토론을 할 수 있었다. 실제로 GPAI를 어떻게 사용했는지, 문제는 무엇이었는지, 어떻게 극복했는지 등의 내용을 이 두 교사의 이야기를 통해 현장감 있게 제시했으며, 이 사례교사를 통해 공통적인 문제점을 찾을 수 있었고, 또 극복할 수도 있었다. 주된 자료수집방법은 대화와 면담, 그리고 문서수집이었으며, 원인연쇄분석방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구자가 제시하는 결론은 스포츠교육모형에서 GPAI는 충분히 활용할 수 있었으며, 수업의 개선을 위해서는 담당교사, 체육교사, 부장교사, 교감, 교장, 장학사, 스포츠교육학자로 구성된 체육수업지원제체가 절대적으로 필요하다는 것이다.

The sport education model assumed that games(or competitions) are exiting and have educational value The primary purpose of this model is to educate the student as a person who is literate, enthusiastic, and competent by participating team league game and playing his(her) duties. There must be contingency between the educational goal and the evaluation Although the most valuable model is applied in Korean situation, if there is no changes in the ways of evaluating psycho-motor domain it will be awkward. We suggested 2 narratives of co-work teacher. The data collected by the method of dialogue, interview(formal and in-depth), e-mail, and documents. Their narratives are telling us `what is the problem to use GPAI as an alternative to current evaluating system.`, `how can it is solved-the process and the result" In conclusion, The first, the sport education model is good for Korean educational setting, The second, instruction improvement systems are required and They have to include PE teacher, classroom teacher, (vice) principal. supervisor, and sportpedagogist. That is the best way to teach better.
