음향특성을 이용한 방향위치에 따른 집회소음 특성에 관한 연구 = A Study on Brain wave by Hearing Direction in Assembly ＆ Demonstration

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Assembly ＆ Demonstration means that two or more people come together with the same purpose to express the opinions of the group. Congregation and demonstrators hold demonstrations or rallies in areas where there is a large population of people, or where a large number of people gather, such as in urban areas, to inform others of their opinions. Especially, Jongno and Gwanghwamun are places where people stay in the office during the daytime or have a lot of work. So there are many rallies and demonstrations in the area. There are numerous offices in the downtown area, and there are many employees in the office. As the rallies and demonstrations progress, loud sounds are generated naturally by the crowd. And this sound spreads in the direction of the younger by the point, and it becomes the noise pollution to the neighboring people. This noise has a bad influence on the physical and mental health, which can lead to diseases such as hearing loss and mental illness. In this paper, we tried to find a way to minimize the damage by analyzing the brain waves of the office workers in various directions exposed during the work while ensuring the freedom rights of the assemblers as much as possible.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

집회란 두 명 이상의 사람이 같은 목적을 가지고 함께 모여 집단의 의견을 표현하는 것을 의미한다. 집회와 시위를 하는 사람들은 자신들의 의견을 많은 또 다른 사람들에게 알리고자 주로 유동인구가 많은 지역이나, 도심지와 같이 다수의 사람들이 모이는 곳에서 시위 혹은 집회를 개최 한다. 서울은 세계에서 인구밀도가 가장 놓은 도시중 하나이다. 특히, 종로, 광화문은 낮 시간에 사무실에 머무르거나, 용무가 있어 지나는 사람이 특히 많은 곳이다. 그래서 이 지역은 많은 집회와 시위가 열린다. 도심지와 그 일대에는 수많은 사무실이 있으며 사무실에 종사하는 직원도 무수히 많다. 집회 및 시위가 진행되면 자연스럽게 군중에 의한 큰 소리가 발생된다. 그리고 이 소리는 그 지점을 기준으로 어려방향으로 퍼져나가고, 이는 주변 사람들에게 소음공해가 된다. 이 소음은 육체적, 정신적 건강에 나쁜 영향을 끼치며 이로 인해 난청, 정신질환 등 질병으로 이어지는 경우도 있다. 본 연구는 집회자들의 자유권을 최대한 보장하면서 업무 중 노출되어 있는 여러 방향의 사무실의 직원들의 뇌파를 분석해 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 연구하였다.
