    This research aims to suggest a <Cataloguing Card> system that organizes and standardizes ancient documents in libraries, museums, temples, research centers, including ones owned by individuals and technical recording rules for the cataloguing of the documents into the regulation card. In order to regulate gigantic amounts of ancient documents systematically and consistently, the regulation card and its technical rules would follow basic computer processes. I have listed all the elements necessary for the organizing of ancient documents within the Cataloguing Card. Therefore the Cataloguing Cards can be used in various ways, for example, for libraries and museums` basic organization of ancient documents, undergraduate students` training materials or experts` research materials of the ancient documents.
