      This study researched into the effective factors influencing the performance evaluation of faculty`s teaching ability using the data composed of 7,921 cases driven from the one model university. This study examined how uncontrollable factors influenced grades received in the evaluation of faculty`s teaching. The conclusions drawn from our empirical study are as follows. First, certain factors confirmed to influence the scores of faculty`s teaching by ANOVA have no influence when we controll exogenous variables. Second, finally chosen effective factors are number of student`s in class, self evaluation of student himself, external environment of class. The fact that the most powerful factors are self evaluation of student himself, external environment of class implies that the faculties are vulnerable to exposed to the risk of uncontrollable factors outside of his teaching ability. The real practical evaluation system of faculty teaching should be designed to mitigate the bias of uncontrollable exogenous variables. We should try to put much effort to invent the scheme which can eradicate the undesirable uncontrollable exogenous variables and motivate the faculties to bring out their energy to get to the goal.
