다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

What does the globalization actually imply? How to pursue this, and what sort of problems would occur when we Korean tackle this goal? And how to solve the problems? This article attempted to reply in details on these questions.
The globalization cannot be achieved by importing and rebuilding the administrative structure imitating the systems of those advanced countries. Since these are not the real entities for globalization, it has to be, first of all, something which is universal idea, value and logic. Such internal values, freedom and equality, has long been swayed in Korean as the very based of Democracy. It has been accpeted as the "rule of people situated in lower place'. But Democracy in this article does mean "the civilian co-operation by communicating to each other' qualitatively. The equality does not literally mean the "equal distribution', but the respect of inner dignity equally inherited to all human being, which leads to such concept as distribution, and others. The freedom also means "the unceasiang human energy unforlding its powerful belief despite of its being in any restraints. These are the very thingness which shall be ours eventually, otherwise it is of no use to copy the 'foreign matters".
The various aspects of our society should be viewed with these defined meaning of freedom and equality, though this universal ideals, freedom and equality, cannot be easily transvalued to ours. Our present society is severely influenced by the following four traditions. First, the mammoism neglecting the humanism of the West, second the factionalism ignoring the logicality of universal thought, third the in-group morality affecting the selfishness, group and individual, and finally a lack of professionalism emphasizing the literary Academism. These are the solidified 'software' that have been familiarized in the traditional minds for so long.
Then, how to overcome and solve these perrenial problems? Analysing the four individual elements with respect to those of Western countries, one reaches to an impossible point to synthesize or to compare them to each other, due to the heterogenous character of culture. Having unique culture as well as different social structure, the degree of globalization in Korea, is therefore dependent neither on the dialectical synthesis nor on the unreal theoritization, but on the practical execution of those selected ideas and values in a way of social movements. What one has to do in the analysis is to find out what the elements are lacking critically and what should be done to cope with the needed matters. To do the tasks. one has been careful to relate newly findings to the Korean social structure to check out the feasibility of adopting it, however they are methodologically invisible.
The globalization means 'to change our culture according to the communications with the powerful values of the World".
