Its role as a moderator should be fully taken to develop the city recycling project, along with trustworthy communication to understand each other among the administrative offices, action committees, the union, and each sub contractors and its commissioners.
In particular, the city recycling should go beyond the scope of resolving urban problems and vitalizing the city, and foster sustainable city development and national competitiveness.
