Praise in organizations is crucial for driving positive attitude changes and improving organizational culture. This study analyzes the changes in the type and content of praise messages in organizations before and after the entry of Generation MZ and examines the effectiveness of the praise system. For this purpose, cluster analysis was conducted on the compliment relay text data of A Public Company from 2007 onwards, and the perception of praise by Gen MZ employees was explored through in-depth interviews. The analysis identified changes in perceptions of praise recipients characteristics and derived eight subcategories of recipient characteristics and six subcategories of the praise systems effectiveness. The results indicate that praise systems foster a positive organizational culture and bridge generational perception gaps. Furthermore, the study provides strategic directions for strengthening praise culture within organizations and offers methods for companies to enhance organizational performance through effective praise culture.
