녹색물류의 영향요인과 녹색물류 및 성과에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Driving Factors of Green Physical Distribution and its Subsequent Impact on Environmental and Economic Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

환경의 문제가 최근의 패러다임으로 등장함에 따라 물류에서도 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 녹색물류에 영향을 미치는 요인과 녹색물류가 환경적 성과와 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 특히 우리나라 온실가스 배출량의 20%를 운송물류가 차지하고 있기 때문에, 본 연구의 수행을 위하여 녹색물류의 범위를 운송물류에 한정하였다.
분석결과 최고경영자의 리더쉽이 조직문화에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 최고경영자의 리더쉽, 조직의 문화, 정부의 규제는 녹색물류에 영향을 마치고 있었다. 또한 녹색물류는 환경적 성과에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 고객의 압력은 녹색물류에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 녹색물류도 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 더불어 환경적 성과도 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다.
본 연구의 결과는 탐색적으로 물류관리자들의 녹색물류에 대한 기본적인 인식정도를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 물류개념의 한정과 측정변수의 제한, 그리고 분석방법의 단순화로 인한 한계점들이 앞으로의 연구에서 해결되어야 할 과제이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to study the relationship between driving factors of green physical distribution and its subsequent impact on environmental and economic performance. And the scope of this study is limited to the transportation physical distribution for collecting efficient data.
Regression method was used to analysis the relationship between independent variables and dependent factor. The results of empirical analysis indicate that driving factors such as top management leadership, organizational culture, and government regulation positively influence on the green physical distribution at the significant level(0.05). In addition, green physical distribution also positively influence on environmental performance. However this study that finds no relationship between consumer pressure and green physical distribution; green physical distribution and economic performance; environmental performance and economic performance.
The results of this study provide the based perceptions for conducting future strategic planning of green physical distributor. But only 106 samples and simple questions were used in this study because of budget and time constraints. Therefore future research might incorporate more detailed question for a better predict of the cause and effect relationship.
